Karen Bickford, MBA, CCP, SPHR is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer with continuED Medical, the parent company of The Aesthetic Blueprint.

With over twenty-five years of experience for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses, Karen has held executive positions in the fields of human resources, finance and auditing where she has led the implementation of employee compensation, incentives, benefits and retirement programs.

She has planned, supervised and executed audits relating to management systems, operating controls, fraud prevention and government regulations.  Her contracts and negotiating expertise have resulted in multi-million dollar savings.

Among her many roles with The Aesthetic Blueprint, Karen provides customized fiscal guidance and compensation/incentive coaching services to aesthetic practices seeking support in these specialized areas.

Karen holds a Masters of Business Administration in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Southern California.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She has served on the Board of Directors for small businesses and financial institutions, including serving as Chairman of the Board and leading the Executive Compensation Committee.
